Cherish Homes are a recently established housing development group. They required a brand identity that would give them stand out in the cluttered and often humdrum world of housing. Straplines for consumer and investor facing logos were also required.
Two identities were created that would both position Cherish Homes in a unique way. The first related to how a new home owner feels like the king of their very own castle. Using a royal palette of colours and a simplified 'crown' icon helped reinforce this message.

The second route relates to Cherish Homes' stance on making buying your first home more enjoyable than stressful. This was achieved using fresh, relaxing colour palette. Combined with a playful house icon aiming to make the whole identity feel very inviting.
